Summary
Reject missing share grantees and invalid invitation identities before authentication or repository code dereferences them. Guard malformed gateway responses and stored invitation records, and fix the memory repository's first-insert panic and inconsistent user keys while preserving valid direct-secret shares and invitation matching.
