chore: Require Node.js 24 or later (v6) - #3720

Summary

All packages now require Node.js 24 or later, and CI tests on Node.js 24 and 26. Node.js 20 is end-of-life, and v6 is a new major release, so it targets the two newest release lines. The development tooling needs newer Node.js versions as well: the ESLint flat config in the follow-up PR uses eslint-plugin-unicorn, which requires Node.js 22 or later.
