Apply @sneves patch and few other minor fixes to aid compilation on windows.
All tests in debug/release mode are passing in my env(VS2015sp3 + x64 + static-runtime + static-link + boost 1.61 + openssl 1.0.2h).

I suggest you look at the 0.13-release branch, which seems to have already fixed a lot of the Visual Studio problems.
