Support constraint information collection for Snowflake (#1178) Snowflake TABLE_CONSTRAINTS views describe each constraint but do not expose the columns that make up a key, so the metadata connector also collects SHOW PRIMARY KEYS and SHOW UNIQUE KEYS output. 1. Dump TABLE_CONSTRAINTS from ACCOUNT_USAGE with INFORMATION_SCHEMA fallback into table_constraints-au.csv / table_constraints.csv. 2. Dump SHOW PRIMARY KEYS into primary_keys.csv and SHOW UNIQUE KEYS into unique_keys.csv, including column_name and key_sequence so the column order of composite keys is preserved. 3. Respect --database, --schema and --ignore-clone-only-database.
