Code Review
This pull request refactors the Dgraph integration tests by replacing the HTTP-based endpoint tests with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tests. Specifically, it extracts the Dgraph test setup into a reusable helper function setupDgraphTest in dgraph_integration_test.go using t.Cleanup for resource management, and introduces dgraph_mcp_test.go containing TestDgraphMCPListTools and TestDgraphMCPCallTools to verify the MCP tools list and invocation functionality. There are no review comments, so no feedback is provided.

Migrated Dgraph discovery and query tests to MCP. The tests share the existing setup and no longer enable the legacy API.
Local Dgraph ListTools and CallTools tests passed with the race detector, along with the focused unit checks and lint. The Dgraph Cloud Build step is already disabled on main; this PR leaves that decision unchanged.
