One sentence added to the lab runtime file's "What it supplies" paragraph:
Why: the overlay's untakeable rule (OVERRIDE 2) relies on "a credential or account the runtime file says the lab does not supply", but the file only listed what is supplied (the OpenAI and Anthropic keys). Generators had to infer the rest, and one reported it as a gap (#48 U6).
No-stacking check: nothing in the overlay or the runtime says other keys exist. The overlay's key-variable lines ("§2 names all four the runtime file lists") still agree.
Tested with the U3 PR (stacked on this one) in the next lab regeneration.
