Adds a Japanese-language design note about separating browser-local work from API-backed storage and sharing. It covers explicit upload decisions, pending-to-ready publication, ownership, and retry handling, using a browser CAD workflow as a concrete example.
This is a learning resource contribution, not a claim that CADEditor is a site generator or a headless CMS. I am involved with CADEditor, the example product discussed in the note. The original note includes that relationship and links to the product documentation. The resource URL is a Zenn Scrap, and the language is identified in the title.
Validation: front matter follows the README resource schema; optional thumbnail omitted. No application code changed. A full Jamstack site build has not been run.
