The previous experience showed that hacktoberfest is no good.
Commits are of a very low quality.
Quality is essential.
You think so ? I'm from the fr repos of the translation and we use Hacktoberfest for 3 years now, I think it's always work pretty well
I can only understand English commits. We tried it on other languages too.
As contributors said, the experience was no good.That's only an observation though, that I share here. Nothing prevents maintainers from using Hacktoberfest or whatever-fest ;) If PRs are bad, you can drop them.

@anugrahzeputra The checked sections are the ones that have already been translated into Indonesian. The rest are still pending—you can contribute to this part.
