Proposed changes
This pull request makes a minor adjustment to the logic that determines whether to bump the release version based on changes in the
openapi/v2.jsonfile. The change ensures that the script checks the correct column for the number of changed lines and adds a debug output..github/workflows/release-spec.yml: Changed the script to use the number of lines deleted (second column) instead of lines added (first column) when checking changes toopenapi/v2.json, and added a debug print statement forchanged_lines.
