Acrobat's 'Select Icon' field-properties feature binds a push button's action to a `buttonImportIcon()` JavaScript call, which isn't implemented by pdf.js (or any other PDF viewer). Such buttons are commonly used as an image placeholder, e.g. a character portrait in a fillable TTRPG character sheet, so let the user click the button to pick a replacement image, preview it, and embed it as the button's `/MK/I` icon and `/AP/N` appearance on save. Fixes mozilla#22345
