Due to a different link to resolve the public link resource in oCIS, the current implementation throws an error when trying to import resources from there. Will require upstream contribution.

Example of the functioning link in oCIS: https://host.docker.internal:9200/dav/public-files/AxsLPUxAOKGBHie
