@crazywhalecc only the macOS x86 is failing now.

Looks weird. Try git source?

For spc? Not on v3 branch?

Alternatively, couldn't we drop Mactel support?

Yes, I guess that's a good time to do it, since we're also bumping the glibc requirement.

The extension libraries list is already assembled while rendering craft.yml,
and the builder image is now driven by `docker run`, not `docker cp`.
PHP's configure step fails on the macos-15-intel runners with static-php-cli v3,
and Apple no longer ships Intel Macs. Intel users can still build from source.
dl.static-php.dev answered 500 on two jobs of the same run. --retry covers
HTTP 5xx; --retry-all-errors is not an option, the RHEL 8 builder ships
curl 7.61 and that flag landed in 7.71.

The debug, mimalloc and plain musl jobs also all uploaded their log under
the same artifact name.
The macOS spc nightly predates crazywhalecc/static-php-cli#1241,
so the libcurl probe fails to link krb5's CCAPI symbols.
