is added in :mod:``_winapi`` module also.
Support native Windows case-insensitive path comparisons by using
``LCMapStringEx`` instead of :func:`str.lower` in :func:`ntpath.normcase`.
Add ``LCMapStringEx`` to the :mod:`_winapi` module.
