  • Enable test_frame() on PyPy 3.11.
  • Enable PyObject_CallOneArg() tests on limited C API.
  • Enable test_gc() on Python 3.9.
  • Enable test_module_add_type() on limited C API 3.9 and older.
  • Enable PyDict_ContainsString() tests on limited C API.
  • Enable test_config() on Python 3.8.
  • Enable test_tuple_fromarray() on the limited C API.

* Enable test_frame() on PyPy 3.11.
* Enable PyObject_CallOneArg() tests on limited C API.
* Enable test_gc() on Python 3.9.
* Enable test_module_add_type() on limited C API 3.9 and older.
* Enable PyDict_ContainsString() tests on limited C API.
* Enable test_config() on Python 3.8.
* Enable test_tuple_fromarray() on the limited C API.
It needs _Py_GetConfig() which was added to Python 3.9.
