TimeWarpScan.me recreates the viral Time Warp Scan filter entirely in the browser. Each webcam frame goes through
tf.browser.fromPixels, a slice at the scan line is cut out withtf.sliceandtf.concat-ed onto earlier slices, so every row of the final image comes from a different moment in time.
