Absolute Ratio is an idea similar to absolute value. Its value is the larger value divided by the smaller. E.g. abs_ratio(3, 1) is 3, and abs_ratio(1, 3) is also 3.
- Absolute value answers the question of "How far are two numbers, regardless of sign?"
- Absolute ratio answers the question of "What is the ratio of two numbers, regardless of order?"
