Improve wording for time picker instructions #6186
Description
Time picker instructions are being updated in #6147 , but we might want to look into how to improve in future.
From Anne P: The tiny phrasing improvement we could make in the future might be figuring out a better word than "input," which might be jargon-y for some people. Also noting "input" wasn't in the #6061 (comment).

I'm closing this wording follow-up during the backlog review because there isn't active work on it. The suggestion to replace “input” with a more familiar word is still useful context for the time-picker instructions.
If this is still causing confusion, comment here and I'll reopen it. You don't need to file another issue.
