looks like code.json validation fails due to this still being connected to CMS sources: could you correct?

Removed the CMS specific update-codejson.yml action. We are working on a generic version and will add when it is ready. The code.json file still brings this repo up to compliance standards.

@DinneK Last requirement here is that your commit have a verified signature. Once that's fixed, we should be good, and thank you! |

Problem statement
The SHARE IT Act requires that all government code be indexed. Previously, this repository lacked a
code.jsonfile, meaning it did not meet OSPO's Tier 0 standards and was not compliant with federal code indexing requirements. Without this file, the project could not be properly cataloged or discovered through official government code inventories.Solution
A
code.jsonfile was added to the repository root to establish Tier 0 compliance with OSPO standards. The file is structured to allow easy tier upgrades as time and resources permit.Major changes
code.jsonto the repository root to meet OSPO Tier 0 standards.code.jsonstructure supports incremental tier upgrades as needed.Testing and review
code.jsonfile is present in the repository root.
