Summary
Removed pattern content. Removed and amended content related to the January 20, 2025 Executive Order, "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth To The Federal Government".
This pull request removes the following page:
It also removes gender identity pattern information from the Gender identity and sex pattern. This pattern now focuses only on sex.
Finally, it updates the text on the Create a user profile overview page to match these changes.
