Summary
Community entry points beyond the community page still direct visitors to Slack or obsolete proposal categories. This updates current guidance, contributor contacts, proposal links, and llms.txt to use GitHub Discussions; labels monthly calls as an archive; and adds current-channel notices to historical posts and the research report while preserving their original text.
