We’re pleased to introduce Biotechnology for Food Future, a new fully open-access, peer-reviewed journal published under the BMC brand.

Biotechnology for Food Future aims to be at the forefront of food biotechnology, biomanufacturing, and biotechnology-enabled future foods. It seeks to publish cutting-edge research and innovative solutions that address global challenges in food production, safety, nutrition, sustainability, and responsible industrial translation. The journal serves as a platform for scientists, researchers, and industry professionals.

Biotechnology for Food Future offers full APC waivers upon acceptance for authors without funding, which must be requested immediately after acceptance. Read more here.
