What is Carousel?

Carousel is Meow Wolf’s 21+ New Year's Eve party that dances between elegance and futuristic. Imagine standing at the edge of a festival, staring up at a carousel lit up against dusk. It reminds you of something from the distant past, or perhaps the distant future. The joy and merriment of the party surrounds you, laughter and chattering mixing with the music from the party and the organ dancing in your ears as the hazy lights envelope you with their warm glow. That’s Carousel. It’s a celebration of another year past, and of what lies ahead in the new one.
‍
You’ll weave among fellow partygoers, outfits straight out of a 1920s illustration or perhaps a mix of cyber-steampunk fantasy, while the sounds of the DJs and performers thrum around you. You’ll pass through our many worlds, immersing yourself in an experience you’ll not soon forget.
