Automated dependency upgrades - #182

The content of this PR appears to be required for this action to be usable with Python 3.14, as the existing pinned versions of cryptopgraphy/cffi/etc. pull in an old version of PyO3 which doesn't work with Python 3.14.

can you give me an example? I'm somewhat confused how that should play out while building sdists?
