Pull request overview
Updates the manifest refresh automation to surface which prek versions were newly added, and uses that information to generate a more informative automated PR title/body.
Changes:
- Read the existing
src/version-manifest.jsonto compute a list of newly added prek versions. - Emit GitHub Actions step outputs (
pr_title,added_versions_markdown, etc.) from the updater script. - Update the
update-version-manifestworkflow to use the generated PR title and include the added versions list in the PR body.
