ErrorLogger::FileLocation is only simplifying the file when set via setfile() but not via the constructors.
Spotted during development and also encountered with https://github.com/danmar/cppcheck/pull/7079 in test/cli/whole-program_test.py::test_nullpointer_file0 on Windows only.
