Description
https://sourceforge.net/p/cppcheck/discussion/general/thread/d9123d036c/:
Building cppcheck with C++17 and later currently fails. We might want to define SIMPLECPP_TOKENLIST_ALLOW_PTR before including simplecpp.h.

This hit an ambiguity issue with the simplecpp::TokenList constructor: https://github.com/danmar/simplecpp/issues/588.

I was surprised we didn't encounter this yet as the Qt builds implicitly switch to C++17. Since it was working I didn't look into it yet as I was planning to do changes later on so it would build with either interface (pending some cleanups).
