Small update: it now remembers my last few analyzed swings.
It's all in IndexedDB, videos included (there's a blobs table). No backend, and the history survives a reload.
Builders: when do you reach for IndexedDB instead of a backend? Where has local-first bitten you?
The biggest change AI made for me isn't speed. It's that I stopped saying no to my own ideas.
I'm a dev, and I still didn't build most of my ideas. Not because I couldn't. Because each one cost weeks, so I had to pick.
AI changed that math. Now I just build.
