We’re proud to highlight the EPA’s $1 million investment in the City of Jamestown to clean up the Chadakoin River Corridor. 🌊 This grant will support the assessment and cleanup of contaminated land, the development of reuse plans, and meaningful community involvement throughout the process. 🏞️🤝 Brownfields investments have leveraged more than $45 billion in cleanup and redevelopment and helped support more than 228,900 jobs through public and private investment. On average, every $1 awarded through an EPA Brownfields Grant has leveraged $19.47 through fiscal year 2025. 💼📈 Thank you to Mayor Kimberly Ecklund, Chautauqua County Executive PJ Wendel, Congressman Langworthy, our speakers, partners, and everyone who helped make this event a success! 👏 #CleanupGrant #EPA #CityOfJamestown #ChadakoinRiver #CongressmanLangworthy #JamestownMayor @JTNYCity @RepLangworthy"
