Cottages Overview
Each of our unique cottages has multiple rooms that comfortably sleep 4–6 people and includes all essential furnishings. Cottages feature one or two beds, one or more bunk beds, a sleeper couch or futon, and bureaus. Pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are not provided.
Every cottage is equipped with:
- Electricity and heat
- Indoor kitchen with refrigerator, stove, freezer, toaster or toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware
- Sink and indoor bathroom with toilet and shower
- Common areas with tables and chairs
Cottage reservations can be made online at vtstateparks-visit.com or by calling the reservations call center at 1-888-409-7579 (Monday–Friday, 9 am – 4 pm).
Note:
- 3-night rentals are available only before June 15 or after Labor Day
- Maximum stay is 7 nights

Cottage Rules & Policies
- 3-night minimum if your stay is before June 15 or after Labor Day.
- 7-night minimum between June 15 and Labor Day. Reservations run Saturday to Saturday.
- Maximum stay is 7 nights all season.
- $100 cleaning deposit required.
- No pets or smoking allowed.
- Tents are not permitted on site.
- Maximum 2 vehicles per cottage.
- Wood and ice available for purchase at most parks.
- Cottages should be left clean. Dishes washed. Trash and leftovers properly bagged for disposal.
- Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your cottage reservation 30 days or more prior to your expected arrival date, you will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee and your $8 reservation fees paid.
- If you cancel 14 - 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, you will receive a full refund less the equivalent of a two night stay.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your expected arrival date, you will receive no refund.
