Driving Innovation for the Future of Inland Transport
The 88th ITC session took place from 17 to 20 February 2026, in Geneva (Palais des Nations).
LearnITC: the Inland Transport and Trade Connectivity elearning Platform that promotes sustainable transport and trade connectivity policies by increasing the capacity, knowledge base and skills of institutional and sectoral stakeholders. It provides various training materials and online courses on the UN inland transport and trade facilitation legal instruments, policy recommendations, standards and other tools to support stakeholders striving towards sustainable transport and better trade connectivity. The ITC Strategy on Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Inland Transport is available for download. The Strategy sets the mission to contribute to decarbonization of inland transport through enhanced regulatory support, intergovernmental policy dialogue, and increased coordination and partnership among all relevant stakeholders. It provides strategic objectives for ITC and its subsidiary bodies, as well as the inland transport sector, and an initial climate action plan with milestones

Albania acceded to the Additional Protocol to the CMR concerning the electronic consignment note (e-CMR), 2008.
Armenia acceded to the Agreement concerning the Adoption of Uniform Conditions for Periodical Technical Inspections of Wheeled Vehicles and the Reciprocal Recognition of Such Inspections, 1997.
